As we gear up for the coming of the Volvo Ocean Race to Miami, catch this mention of Marquis in today’s Miami Herald:

It’s working out well, too, for the Marquis Residences, a condominium that also houses the Casa Moderna hotel near Bicentennial Park. The hotel is virtually sold out for the two weeks of the event, a spokesperson said.

“Our buyers are international,” Ordover said. “So it would be great to finish selling out at the Volvo Ocean Race.”
